OR try one of our Dynamic Reformer classes where traditional reformer blends with strength based fitness and flow combinations while incorporating dumbbells, resistance bands and the pilates ring. Reformer Foundations

This class is designed to improve musculoskeletal performance - strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk. The focus in on core stability resulting in a balanced and aligned body. Reformer Pilates uses resistance training with low-impact resulting in a fit, revitalized body that moves with ease.

Dynamic Reformer

Like Traditional Reformer Pilates, Dynamic Reformer Pilates incorporates the traditional reformer principles while focusing on the core muscles to drive movement in the body.

The Dynamic Reformer technique is based on the ‘isolate, fatigue stretch’ principle. This combination of traditional pilates moves in a more intense or dynamic method to build lean, toned muscle. It is a strong, fitness-based results-driven class that gives a satisfying low-impact workout incorporating Pilates principles.The practice flows from one exercise to the next without following a set repertoire using non-traditional Pilates props such as dumbbells, resistance bands and pilates ring.

Each class is unique & offers a variety of modifications and variations allowing you to still work at your own pace. As you progress through class, movements remain precise and controlled; however, more challenges and variations are introduced to create a total body workout.
